As you may already know, the Job Application must be renewed with fixed dates that you have located on your DARDE card (Documento Acreditativo de Renovación de la Demanda). Keep in mind that what we call “Renewing the Job Application” is the same as what we know as “Sealing the Unemployment”.

You can manage your renewal of the employment claim from “employment points”. These are kiosks or telematic access points that the Andalusian Employment Service has distributed in different locations, distant from some of its employment offices.

The first thing to do is to access the virtual or online office of the Andalusian Employment Service (hereinafter, SAE) for the option to Renew your Claim. We leave you the link to access the virtual office for the renewal.

Once inside your Virtual Employment Office of the SAE, you must click on the option “Your Job Application”. And from that new screen you have several steps to perform with your Job Application, including the “Renew your claim”; you must click on that option.

The Consejería de Empleo, Formación y Trabajo Autónomo, through a resolution of the Dirección General de Formación Profesional para el Empleo, has determined the possibility of continuing the delivery of the training actions that were suspended due to the alarm decree linked to the coronavirus pandemic through the use of the ‘virtual classroom’.

Likewise, the training center or entity will be able to use mixed methods of face-to-face delivery –traditional in facilities and virtual classroom–, to establish shifts of physical attendance of the students to the facilities of the center or entity, and to facilitate the participation of students who do not have sufficient means to receive the training through virtual classroom.

The resolution of the General Directorate of Training for the use of the non-attendance mode in the delivery of training -available at the address ‘https://juntadeandalucia.es/organismos/empleoformacionytraba…’ for consultation-, will apply, among other training activities, to the training actions of Vocational Training for Employment, both the programmed initiated and the programmed not initiated in projects of workshop schools and employment workshops, trade houses and units of Promotion and Development in the Junta de Andalucía.

The courses are part of the ‘Andaluces Digitales’ program presented by the Ministry of Employment, Training and Self-Employment. In total, there are 672 new training opportunities, each with a different theme but all related to new technologies.

The SAE’s training offer contemplates a series of professional categories to which these free courses are focused. In total, there are 67 specialties in which all those interested in improving digital skills can participate and get a certificate of professionalism that proves that what they have learned will help them to get or improve in a new job.

The hope is that more than 10,000 citizens will benefit from these actions. They do not have to be unemployed people, since the training centers do not discriminate between those who have a job and those who do not.

In total, 23,742 hours of active training, with specific practical situations for solving problems that may arise using ICTs. In addition, the safe environment of the technologies will help trainees learn to discriminate between operations performed reliably and those that are not.
