If you do not remember your password to access the Banco Santander Digital Channels or it is blocked, you can obtain a new password through the bank’s app. To do so, click on “Recover password” at the bottom right of the app’s home screen. Select your type of identification document (NIF, CIF, NIE or passport), enter your data, and validate the operation by moving the “Move to validate” bar. You will then receive a security code on your phone so that you can choose a new password.
You can also retrieve your password through Online Banking, both for Individuals and Companies, by clicking on “Customer access” / “Problems with your password?” or “Forgotten your password?” respectively.
Remember that your password is made up of eight numeric digits and with it you will be able to consult your positions. If you wish to trade on the Digital Channels, you must formalize the multi-channel contract. You can do this:
